What type of cars/limos do you have?

All Booze Croozer limos are Six Passenger 72" Stretch Limos. Booze Croozer limos are Lincoln Town Cars and Cadillac DeVilles.

How many passengers does the limo seat?

All Booze Croozer limos are Six Passenger 72" Stretch Limos. Six passengers excludes the driver's area. In the passenger area, there are two bench seats that seat three passengers each and face each other. Pictures of Booze Croozer limos can be viewed at www.boozecroozer.com/amenities.php. No more than six passengers will be allowed in each limo. No passengers may enter the driver area.

Do you have any that seat more than six passengers?

No, all Booze Croozers are Six Passenger 72" Stretch Limos.

Can 7 people ride instead of 6? What if we squeeze?

No more than six passengers will be allowed in each limo. You must reserve the appropriate number of limousines for your number of passengers. No Crooze will Depart with more than six passengers in a limo. Croozes with more than six passengers in a limo will be cancelled and will be charged the applicable No Notice Cancellation Fare.

Why can only 6 people ride?

Only six people can ride for insurance reasons.

Do you have 2 limos available?

Booze Croozer is happy to offer any customer up to two limousines, roomy enough for up to 12 Croozers. The Minimum Total Fare for two limousines is $99.98 ($49.99 per limousine). 24 hours advanced scheduling is required for multiple limousines. 24 hours advanced scheduling is not required for one limousine.

To avoid multiple limousines restrictions, try multiple Croozes in the same limo. The same limo can repeat your shorter Croozes as many times as you want without advanced notice. Separate Crooze Reservations with identical Dates, Times, and/or Addresses will be treated as a single Reservation.
The Total Fare of your Crooze will be more than $49.99 and greater than the Minimum Total Fare if your One Way Crooze is 3.2 miles or more or if your Round Trip Crooze is 0.6 miles or more.

Are your limousine unmarked?

Yes, Booze Croozer limos have no identifying markings other than our state license number on the front and rear bumpers as required by law.

You can look up the address of your destination with Google Maps. You can also opt to "Reserve a Crooze without a Valid Address" or "Request a Manual Quote without Reserving a Crooze" from the Plan your Crooze window.

Can I get exact pricing for a Crooze?

The Total Fare will not vary from the amount provided in the Reservation on www.boozecroozer.com. Booze Croozer Limousine Service does not utilize taximeters. The route(s) provided in the Reservation is(are) for planning purposes only. Construction projects, traffic, or other events may cause road conditions to differ from the map results. By reserving a Crooze, you agree to all applicable Fares including Mileage Fare; Multiple Limousines Fare; Extended Service Area Fare; LAX Additional Fare; Wait Time Fare; Reservation Additions, Changes, and Cancellations Fare; and Additional Stops Fare. Current Fares are available at www.boozecroozer.com/rates.php.

Is there a charge for wait time?

With Booze Croozer, only pay for the time you use, not the entire night. But we understand that you can’t always be on time or that you may want some extra in your limo. Booze Croozer is more than happy to offer you up to 10 minutes of grace period before the start of your Crooze without charge. Thereafter, you will be charged the Everyday Limo Luxury rate of $60.00 per hour prorated to $1.00 per minute. There is no charge for delays caused by traffic.

You can also authorize Wait Time during when making your Reservation. Authorized Wait Time allows you to run late for your Crooze without the risk of No Notice Cancellation. We strongly advise you to add Authorized Wait Time to your Crooze for events that tend to run off schedule such as flights, concerts, and weddings. Customers without Authorized Wait Time not at the Reservation Start Address at the Depart Time and not available via the Contact Phone Number will have their Reservation canceled and will be charged the applicable No Notice Cancellation Fare.

Grace period applies only before Crooze departure. Wait Time may be limited subject to availability.

What is the likelihood that the final cost will be more than the Total Fare?

Your final cost will be your Total Fare unless you add wait time or distance to your Crooze; change the date, time, or addresses of your Crooze; or cancel your Crooze. The Total Fare will not vary from the amount provided in the Reservation based on actual travel route.

Are there any hidden charges?

Applicable Fares includes Mileage Fare; Multiple Limousines Fare; Extended Service Area Fare; LAX Additional Fare; Wait Time Fare; Reservation Additions, Changes, and Cancellations Fare; and Additional Stops Fare. Your final cost will be your Total Fare unless you add wait time or distance to your Crooze; change the date, time, or addresses of your Crooze; or cancel your Crooze. Current Fares are available at www.boozecroozer.com/rates.php.

The Total Fare will not vary from the amount provided in the Reservation based on actual travel route. Booze Croozer is a service and not a good and is not required to collect sales tax in California. Our drivers do accept and greatly appreciate tips for excellent service; however, tipping is not mandatory except for Croozes with multiple limousines.

What is the going rate for tips?

Our drivers do accept and greatly appreciate tips for excellent service; however, tipping is not mandatory except for Croozes with multiple limousines. Our drivers generally experience a tipping rate of 20 to 25% of the Total Fare. Driver Gratuity can also be added to your credit/debit card after your Crooze is complete with your driver.

A minimum of 20% Driver Gratuity is required for Croozes with multiple limousines.

Do you go to cities outside of Los Angeles?

Booze Croozer is happy to service any Crooze with a Depart Address within a driving distance of 100 miles from Downtown Los Angeles. Croozes with a Depart Address more than 25 miles from Downtown Los Angeles will be charged an Extended Service Area Fare. Extended Service Area Fare is in addition to Mileage Fare and is per Depart Address. There is no limitation to your End Address. You can reserve a Roundtrip Crooze with any End Address and your Return Crooze will be accepted. Your Extended Service Area Fare will be based on your Depart Address(es) distance from Downtown Los Angeles as indicated below:

Can I get a Crooze to/from the airport/LAX?

Yes. For Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), select "Los Angeles Airport" as your Address. Booze Croozer also services all private airports such as Van Nuys Airport (VNY) and Santa Monica Airport (SMO). Booze Croozer does NOT currently service any other commuter airport including: Bob Hope Airport (BUR), Long Beach Airport (LGB), Ontario International Airport (ONT), nor John Wayne Airport (SNA).

Can I add a stop or make other changes to my previously reserved Crooze?

We know that Croozes need supplies and that more Croozer may need picked up than originally planned. $9.99 will be added to your Total Fare for each additional stop not scheduled at Reservation plus any additional Mileage Fare. All additional starts will have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes of grace period, Wait Time Fare will be charged. Additional Stops may be limited subject to availability.

Can I cancel a current reservation?

CLICK HERE to cancel your Crooze. All Cancellations will be subject to Cancellation Fare and will result in a charge to your credit or debit card.
We know that sometimes your plans change. With Booze Croozer, you have the flexibility to add, change, or cancel your Crooze Reservation. If your Total Fare is greater than the amount in the following table, your fare will increase by the indicated amount:

You will not be charged more than your Total Fare except for No Notice Cancellations. Customers not at the Reservation Start Address at the Depart Time and not available via the Contact Phone Number will have their Reservation canceled and will be charged the Total Fare plus a 20% Driver Gratuity.
Reservations without a Total Fare calculated by the Booze Croozer website due to an invalid Start and/or End Address entry will have a Total Fare considered to be $49.99 for Reservation addition, change, and cancellation calculations.

Do people use your service for weddings?

Booze Croozer is happy to offer service for a wedding. Booze Croozer is always priced on the distance of your Crooze, not on time of use. Pricing based on distance should be significantly lower than pricing based on time of use.

Will you do any type of "city tour" before taking riders to the final destination?

Yes, Booze Croozer is happy to offer a city tour or night on the town. However, Booze Croozer is always priced on the distance of your Crooze, not on time of use. Pricing based on distance should be significantly lower than pricing based on time of use.

How long do I get the limo?

Booze Croozer is priced only on the distance of your Crooze, not on time of use. Estimated travel time is available under Crooze Details.

What is All You Can Drink?

Booze Croozer includes All You Can Drink Vodka, Whiskey, Rum, Cola, Diet Cola, and Water. All passengers must be at least 21 years of age with valid ID to receive "All You Can Drink!" offer.
If any passengers are under the age of 21, no passengers will receive alcohol. Alcohol will not be permitted unless all passengers are at least 21 years old. A parent or legal guardian may consume alcoholic beverages in the limousine while accompanied by his or her minor children.

Is alcohol provided?

Booze Croozer includes all you can drink vodka, whiskey, rum, cola, diet cola, and water. All passengers must be at least 21 years of age with valid ID to receive "All You Can Drink!" offer.

No, Booze Croozer is nonsmoking.

There is no minimum age requirement to ride Booze Croozer. However, alcohol will not be permitted unless all passengers are at least 21 years old. A parent or legal guardian may consume alcoholic beverages in the limousine while accompanied by his or her minor children.

Will other people ride in my limo between when I am dropped off and when I am
picked up again?

Yes. Booze Croozer provides limousine service with fares as low as a taxi. We provide the same limo luxury without high limo prices by offering our services to many groups each night rather than to just one. With Booze Croozer, you only pay for the time you use, not for a limo waiting in the parking lot. Booze Croozer allows you to ride in limo luxury everyday.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations more than 24 hours before your Start Time, the Cancellation Fare is lesser of $ 29.99 and your Total Fare. For cancellations between 24 hours and 1 hour before your Start Time, the Cancellation Fare is lesser of $ 39.99 and your Total Fare. For cancellations less than 1 hour before your Start Time, the Cancellation Fare is your Total Fare. For cancellations with no notice, the Cancellation Fare is your Total Fare plus a 20% Driver Gratuity.

When do I need to submit payment?

Payment must be submitted during Reservation. Booze Croozer accepts all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All Croozes must have a valid credit or debit card. Crooze Reservations without a valid credit or debit card will be automatically canceled. Booze Croozer drivers carry no cash for your safety and for the safety of your driver.

Can the drivers produce a receipt?

Yes, a receipt can be produced for all Croozes.

Can the driver take my route?

Yes. If your route is shorter than the Mileage provided in the Reservation on www.boozecroozer.com, the Total Fare will not vary from the amount provided. If your route is longer than the Mileage provided in the Reservation, you will be charged the applicable Mileage Fare to your route Mileage.
